Payment
50% deposit of the service charge in order to book an appointment. Full service charge is to be paid after service has been completed.

Refunds
No refunds after 48hrs of booking an appointment
Scheduling
Scheduling an appointment must be 3 weeks or earlier prior to appointment date.
If the “Client” reschedules 24hrs or less of the appointment date and time, then a new 50% deposit must be made.
If “On-site Wellness Massage” reschedules an appointment the “company” has 48hrs after the appointment has been rescheduled to cancel the service and get a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations
If “On-site Wellness Massage” cancels a scheduled appointment there will be a refund of the deposit to the “Client”.
If the “Client” cancels, 24 hours or less of the appointment date, then a new 50% deposit must be made.
Set up Time/Breaks
Onsite Wellness Massage will arrive 20 min prior to the appointment in order to set up.
Sign up sheets will be used to create a line of order.

30 min lunch break if working more than 6hrs.
All breaks are paid by “Client”.
