Policies

Payment

  • 50% deposit of the service charge in order to book an appointment. Full service charge is to be paid after service has been completed.

  • Payment options:

    • Check

    • Cash

    • Zelle

    • Cash app

Refunds

  • No refunds after 48hrs of booking an appointment

Scheduling

  • Scheduling an appointment must be 3 weeks or earlier prior to appointment date.

  • If the “Client” reschedules 24hrs or less of the appointment date and time, then a new 50% deposit must be made.

  • If “On-site Wellness Massage” reschedules an appointment the “company” has 48hrs after the appointment has been rescheduled to cancel the service and get a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations

  • If “On-site Wellness Massage” cancels a scheduled appointment there will be a refund of the deposit to the “Client”.

  • If the “Client” cancels, 24 hours or less of the appointment date, then a new 50% deposit must be made.

Set up Time/Breaks

  • Onsite Wellness Massage will arrive 20 min prior to the appointment in order to set up.

  • Sign up sheets will be used to create a line of order.

    • First/last name

    • Email address

  • 15 min breaks every 2 hrs if working 4 hrs or more.

  • 30 min lunch break if working more than 6hrs.

  • All breaks are paid by “Client”.
